JWT takes delivery of their third Scania this year.

JWT Waste Services have recently taken delivery of their third trade waste vehicle, in 2010.
The new addition will help increase service levels and reliability that is required with the recent purchase of the Davidson’s waste wheelie bin business.
As with the rest of the Scania fleet, the vehicles are all fitted with on board CCTV with live data streaming back to the transport depot. They are also fitted with VWS on board weighting equipment, that weighs each container lifted. This will aid JWT in calculating recycling rates and the volume of waste produced by each customer.
The company is so pleased with the performance of the Scannia’s that they have ordered a further 4 similar vehicles to be delivered later this year and early 2011.
